While warming up, slide LIGHTSABER over your feet, shins, calves, hamstrings, quads, and glutes with ROUND HEAD for 30 seconds each. This will improve the agility of the hips (and this will help you keep the pace longer), increase blood flow to the muscles and prepare joints and tendons for stress.
RECOVERY | 10 MINUTES

Next time you run, do it at full speed.
Running can be tough on the body. But with the right recovery combined with LIGHTSABER, it is possible to run without pain and stiffness from the next day.
Treat the lower body muscle groups with ROUND HEAD in sessions of 1 minute each:
Buttocks, Calves, Quadriceps and All Adductors.
FASCITIS TREATMENT | 4-8 MINUTES

Plantar fasciitis is one of the most common injuries of runners.
If you have plantar fasciitis, try using LIGHTSABER on your feet and calves, for 1-2 minutes each. Try using the BULLET HEAD on your feet, and the FLAT HEAD on your calves.
Combine with:
. stretching in dog position
. calf stretch
TREATING PAIN AND STIFNESS | 4 MINUTES
Run the device at low speed along your shins for 2 minutes with the ROUND HEAD to increase circulation and release tension, thereby relieving pain and preventing contractures.
By doing this every time you train, you will be less tired, during and out of training, and you will be able to give more and more over time.
