Traveling several kilometers on a bike can impact on the posterior and upper areas of the trapezius, which support the posture and the torso. Prepare these muscles for activity, start with a warm-up.
With the SPINAL HEAD, slide the massage gun back and forth over the lower back muscles for 15-20 seconds.
Then use the ball head and repeat on the upper back.
